Two-week Assessment

For individuals who feel that they cannot commit to a longer length of stay, WeMAC is able to provide a two-week assessment. A primary therapist is assigned to the patient to oversee this process. Included in the assessment are a history and physical examination including appropriate laboratory work, an addiction medicine assessment, a biopsychosocial assessment, and psychological testing and evaluation. During this assessment, the patient lives in the Recovery Residence setting and attends daily programming including spirituality sessions, lectures, group therapy and other assigned groups. At the completion of the assessment, the patient receives recommendations for further treatment from the treatment team, if necessary.
